Actively Alive was born from a vision to create something different in Faversham, a studio that truly cares about the practice of yoga and the people who walk through our doors & we’ve doing that now for 5 x years.
Since 2022], we've been holding space for hundreds of people across Kent. From our town centre location to our welcoming teachers to the community socials that make this more than a drop-in studio, everything we do is designed to help you feel at home.
Our founder, Nicola, brings over 8 x years of experience and a deep love for yoga that started in India and grew through years of teaching and learning.
What We Stand For
Three things guide everything we do:
Soul - We believe in the subtle things. The art in small moments. The way a deep breath can shift everything. We notice, we care, and we create space for what really matters.
Clarity - No fluff, no overwhelm, no pretence. Just honest, high-quality teaching and clear communication about what we offer and how we can support you.
Consistency - We show up. Seven days a week, with teachers who care and a space that feels the same every time you walk in. You can count on us to be here.
