Co-founded by Ricardo, born in Sri Lanka, and Nicola, born in the UK, Rila Yoga brings together East and West, and a shared love for yoga as something that can be felt, lived and carried into everyday life.
Rooted in the teachings of Hatha Yoga, our work is about creating meaningful spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, with each other and with the simple beauty of being alive.

From yoga teacher trainings in Sri Lanka to classes, workshops and retreats between Sri Lanka and the UK, Rila Yoga is here for students who are ready to deepen their practice with curiosity, softness and heart.
Our approach honours the roots of yoga while keeping the teachings grounded, human and alive in modern life, moving beyond shapes, and into the way we breathe, listen, learn and live.
